FAQ:
Q: When will I receive my photos?
A: You will receive 15-20 hi-res digital images. All files will be delivered and ready to download within 2-3 business days of your session.
Q: Do you have any discounts?
A: USE CODE: HOLIDAY to receive 10% off your session if you book by Friday, November 24th.
Q: Where and when will our photos be taken?
A: East Portal Park or McKinley Park with session options in the morning and afternoon. If you would like to book your session at your home or for another location or time, please contact me before booking.
Q: How long will the photo session last?
A: 20 minutes. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to utilize your full session. In respect to you and the client in the following time slot, there will be a hard stop at the end of your confirmed session time.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Bookings are 100% transferrable and can be applied to other dates or times as needed.
Q: Do you have any props or clothing options?
A: No. There will be no props, backdrops or clothing options on hand. The natural backdrop of the park and the fall colors will be our setting. Wearing neutral colors are recommended.
